Our Team

The staff of Harbour Lights Nursing Home are a dedicated team of Staff nurses, Carers, Activity co-ordinator, catering team, domestic team and the management team who all strive to provide the best level of care possible to our residents.

Jack, David and Emma oversee the day to day running of Harbour Lights Nursing Home. Lorraine Graham Bradburn is our Director of Nursing and Dave Boyles is our assistant D.O.N, they are supported by a dedicated team of professional nurses and care assistants to ensure the highest standard nursing, medical and personal care for our residents. Our full time administrator Niamh is on hand to answer any queries over the phone or in the office.

 

Our Staff.

Under the supervision of our Director of Nursing our highly skilled and experienced nursing team will design an individualised careplan specific to each resident of Harbour Lights Nursing Home, this plan will be in line with the residents wishes, dependancy level and needs.

Both nursing staff and caring staff are on duty 24hrs a day, Doctor visits are on a weekly basis but they can be arranged anytime if necessary.

Our management team are available to discuss all aspects of our care to present residents and to those wishing to discuss admission or viewings of Harbour Lights Nursing Home.

Harbour Lights Nursing Home invest a great deal in staff training so that we can continue to provide the highest standard of care possible to our residents.

  • Our nursing staff are all registered with An Bord Atrainas.
  • Our caring staff are all FETAC level 5 qualified.
  • All staff undergo Garda vetting and are referenced.
  • We carry out mandatory training on an ongoing basis.
